Coupon Abbreviations & Match Ups

I am going to start posting some coupon match ups to various stores. I do not claim to be a super coupon er, but I will post deals that I think look good. Also I have asked a friend of mine who is good at posting grocery store deals for help. So be on the look out for some guest posts once in a while.
I thought I would just go over some coupon names and abbreviations, for instance the Sunday coupon inserts usually consist of Smartsource(SS), Red plum(RP), Valassis(v), and occasionally Proctor&Gamble(P&G). So when I am posting match ups and you see these abbreviations with a date by them, it means it is a Sunday insert and the date by it is the date the coupon was issued.
